Block-T is indicated to prevent bleeding or to treat bleeding associated with excessive fibrinolysis. Local fibrinolysis may occurs in the following conditions: Prostatectomy and bladder surgery, epistaxis, menorrhagia, Traumatic Hyphaema, conisation of the cervix, management of dental extraction in patients with hemophilic & Hereditary angioneurotic oedema.
